Welcome to Miami Closet Makover! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services
Miami Closet Makover offers professional organization services focused primarily on closets, but also including kitchens, home offices, and pantries. Our services are customized to meet the needs of each client and are provided according to the details agreed upon during the initial consultation.

2. Booking and Payment
Consultation: We offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your organization needs and preferences.
Booking: To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future service if you need to reschedule with at least 3 days' notice.
Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Zelle. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of future services.
3. Organizational Products
Product Purchases: Clients are responsible for purchasing organizational products such as bins, boxes, and other storage solutions. We provide recommendations and have a curated Amazon storefront for your convenience, but you may purchase from any retailer of your choice.
Product Delivery: All products must be delivered to your home before our scheduled service date to ensure the organization process runs smoothly.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made within 1 or 2 days of the scheduled service date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you reschedule with sufficient notice, your deposit can be applied to the new service date.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Confidentiality: We understand the importance of discretion. All details about your home, personal belongings, and the services provided are kept strictly confidential.
6. Client Responsibilities
Preparation: We recommend that clients declutter their spaces before our arrival, particularly if there are items you wish to remove or donate. We are happy to assist with decluttering during our session if preferred.
Access: Clients must ensure that we have access to the areas being organized at the agreed-upon time. Delays in access may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
7. Liability
Damage or Loss: While we take great care in handling your belongings, Miami Closet Makover is not responsible for any damage or loss of items during the organization process. We recommend that valuable or fragile items be stored securely before our arrival.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 3 days, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
8. Termination of Services
Right to Terminate: Miami Closet Makover reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client is found to be in breach of these terms or if any behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Any payments made will be refunded on a prorated basis, except for the non-refundable deposit.
9. Changes to Terms
Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
